Caring for You Starts with Who We Are

Our Mission is Measured in Minutes

At Lifeline Emergency, we believe that no one should lose their life because help arrived too
late. In the heart of Lagos, the greatest threat to survival isn’t always the medical condition
itself—it is the delay caused by traffic, coordination gaps, and fragmented infrastructure.

Lifeline was built to bridge that gap.

The Lifeline Ecosystem

We aren’t just an ambulance service; we are a fully integrated emergency response ecosystem.
From the moment an incident occurs to the point of clinical stabilization and recovery, our
system is engineered for speed, precision, and care.

What exactly is Lifeline Emergency?
Lifeline is a subscription-based emergency medical service. We provide rapid-response
stabilization, ambulance transport, and a central diagnostic hub to ensure immediate care
during medical crises.
Where do you operate?
Currently, our rapid-response units are strategically stationed across the Lagos Island axis,
specifically covering Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Banana Island, and Lekki. We have plans for rapid
expansion to the Mainland and other major Nigerian cities.
How is Lifeline faster than a regular ambulance?
We use a Dual-Response Model. When you call, we immediately deploy a smaller, high-mobility
rapid-response vehicle that can navigate traffic faster than a large van. This ensures a medic
reaches you within minutes to begin life-saving treatment while the heavy ambulance is still in
transit.
How do I reach you in an emergency?
You can reach us through three primary channels:
1. Our toll-free emergency number: 1111.
2. The Lifeline Mobile App (one-tap dispatch).
3. Our dedicated dispatch center for registered corporate and residential subscribers.
Do I have to be a subscriber to use the service?
While we prioritize our subscribers with guaranteed response times, we do offer "pay-per-use"
services for non-members, subject to unit availability. However, a subscription ensures you are
already in our GPS system for even faster deployment.
What do the subscription plans cover?
Our plans cover emergency stabilization, ambulance transit, and initial diagnostic care at our
facility. Depending on your tier (Individual, Family, or Corporate), plans may also include home
first-aid kit refills and health monitoring services.
Is Lifeline a full-scale hospital?
We are a Stabilization and Diagnostic Hub. We focus on the "Critical Hour." Once a patient is
stabilized and diagnosed in our 20-bed short-stay unit, they are either discharged or seamlessly
referred to our network of partner specialist hospitals for long-term care.
What happens if there is a power outage?
Our facility operates on a hybrid power infrastructure. We have redundant power systems
(Solar, Grid, and Inverter) to ensure our life-saving equipment and dispatch brain are active
24/7, regardless of the public power supply.
